      Well its not like I have an addiction, I dont take out a fresh pair of contacts just to eat them. It just happens from time to time. And how dangerous can it be, you put them in your eyes for christ sake.

    That is VERY bad for your health. The plasticizers in the formulation of them increases your chances of cancer drastically. Quit.

    I don't think it's normal to eat a plastic object to help your sight that spent a good 20 days on your eyes.

    I just put my worn out ones on a piece of paper and let it dry and the next day I examine it and then throw it out in the garbage.

        Cause usually when I throw them away it's because they start to irritate my eyes and I just want to see the difference between used and new contacts. Also they shrink and are hard the next day. I don't know, just a weird habit I guess.
