Is it normal to enjoy cold

I enjoy feeling cold. I like it when I shiver because of cold. I usually get sick because of cold.

But I really enjoy cold showers in the morning and at night. I like it when a window is open at night and I haven't put on something warm. I like not to cover myself in bed. I do all these to feel good and shiver. Is this normal?

Sometimes it is the other way round, where I prefer to be hot than cold. ( Its a weird preference to me for some reason ).

Winter with pristine white snow drifts, ice covered trees glistening in the sunlight, frosty windows, and deep blue skies is the most beautiful season of all.

I'm the opposite when it comes to the seasons. I love summer because I love swimming weather, blue skies, and greenery. Not a fan of the extreme heat though, but this summer where I live was a very nice and enjoyable one.

In winter, there's usually a lot of gray skies, everything is brown and dead looking, I HATE snow and ice (and when everything is both cold and wet), and I am always a bit stiff when adjusting to the colder weather.

Ironically enough, I prefer to be slightly chilly over hot, and tolerate the cold better than the heat. Yet, I have always preferred summer over winter. I think both the scenery and the fact that I enjoy a lot of seasonal summer activities has something to do with it.

Lived and worked in Switzerland (-35° C) and now live in Thailand (+35° C) guess which I think is better?

I prefer to be warm, my shower is permanently on the hottest setting and even in the relatively mild English climate I’m still shivering under masses of clothes

I dont I hate the winter and the snow. I hated it even as a kid, i've never tolerated cold well and would wear layers of mittens and my hands would still be freezing and I never understood how other kids could play in the snow without feeling pain from the wet and cold. Such a nightmare.
School was the worst since you weren't allowed to be indoors during breaks.
