    Enjoy nature through hunting and fishing? It sounds more like exploiting nature to me.

    I wouldn't call hunting a hobby, but sure. Those are normal things for a human to enjoy out in the wilderness.

    Animals are also part of nature. I don't see how you can enjoy nature by killing nature. So I wouldn't say that's normal. On the other hand, hunting and fishing are common and completely normal hobbies.
