Is it normal to experience an panic attack when witnessing a fight?
Recently I witness a bad fight and while it was happening I was getting fast heartbeat weak legs and fear.
Everyone was saying it wasn't that bad to calm down but I was full of fear. It's not the first time that happens when I witness aggressivity I always get the same reaction, How can I be stronger? I am a kind of person that avoid confrontation I always think there are different more civil ways ways of approaching disagreements but not everyone things like that. What do you think??
