im actually kinda excited of my death. Its not because i want to die im not suicidal. I just wanna know how it would feel. Would it be eternal peace?? Or something bad? We the living will never know.
Anyway fear of death is very common but having panic attacks everyday is definitely not a good sign. Seek help if it gets really out of hand. Hope you’ll overcome this.
Obviously, we’re biologically programmed to not wanna die. In this case tho it’s probably stressing you out so much because of your uncle’s death. Either you’re repressing it and not processing it properly or it’s the first big death you’ve ever had to experience so it’s hitting you like a tonne of bricks. Either way know that it gets better eventually.
Everyone does, otherwise all would drive into oncoming traffic because nothing would trigger hesitancy in the mind my dearest.
Panic attacks are not normal though.
