Is it normal to fear physical affection from men

When I see a guy gently touch a girl or place his hand on her thigh or kiss/hug/make love to her I become very nervous and feel either nausea, anger, repulsion, or sadness. I don't remember any sexual abuse in my past but I'm beginning to think I may have repressed memories because I can't explain why I feel this way. (I am a 18 year old female)

  • It could be a low sex drive. If so, normal.

no matter what the context of the situation i hate ppl touch my neck, however aside from that i see your fear a somehow predispositioned concept that has no grounds for being backed up by logic. what you need is somebody to tell and in return touch one step at a time at your command. its not only comforting but erotic.

not necessarily, some people just don't like to be touched. they can try to come up with reasons behind it because they don't understand why, but sometimes there is no reason. some people just aren't touchy/feely, affectionate.
