Is it normal to feel annoyed by wrinkly elbows?

Whenever i see people's wrinkly elbows I keep wanting them to bend their arm so that the wrinkles momentarily disappears?

This also applies for instance if a person has a deep wrinkle between his eyes I'm just hoping that he will raise his eyebrows at some point to make it vanish.
