Is it normal to feel better on a vegetarian diet?

I've got this diet that I eat brown rice, and wild rice, drink exotic vegan items, eat vegetables, and curry, lentils, and rice & beans, and also some fish, like a tuna hoagie, the result is when I'm hungry and I eat something making sure it's vegetarian, I feel better, is that normal?

Thanks, and I'm considering going back on the Buddhist diet since the whole time I've been a Buddhist.

Fish is super good for you. When you feel better is it after eating fruit? Fruit is packed with sugar so that'll make u feel good

A lot of people actually say they feel better so not sure. But I always feel worse if I cut our animal products even for a few days. A diet that still has fish or eggs can probably work out great on the other hand
