Is it normal every time I take shot shower after I get dizzy
It is normal for me since our shower is like 2 foot x 2 foot big, and makes an airtight seal with the silicone lining on the door, meaning no fresh air can get in. Sometimes I have even nearly passed out because there is no oxygen, so I have learned to take much cooler showers and it hasn't been that bad ever since haha
You likely have low blood pressure or something. The heat is causing your blood vessels to dilate and your blood pressure to drop.
It's not normal but it's not uncommon. There are a lot of possible causes, most of which have to do with your blood pressure, and most of which are not scary. If you have decent healthcare access, it's worth a mention to your doctor but You're Probably Not Going To Die Or Anything. I get it sometimes too; FWIW, I also have Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (also not that scary), so you might wanna look that up and see if it looks familiar.
Sometimes I get the same but try to not take your shower so hot that helps
