Is it normal to feel heart pain when excercising?
So I'm not the fittest person, I'm overweight and I've been trying to get into fitness recently. So I've been doing 100 jumping jacks and my heart would hurt when reaching 70 jumps mark. The pain is directly on top of my heart, so it's half a finger length to the left of my center of the chest. It would sometimes stop hurting after a minute, sometimes 5 minutes after I stop working out.
I'm 100% positive I have no heart diseases, I'm in my 20s.
So is it normal? have anyone ever excppereinced this before?
