Is it normal to feel horrified of a dream i had?

I know this might contain one forbidden topic which I'm obviously not allowed to speak about ( sorry if any of this somehow breaks the rules ).

I can't obviously say it because the word and topic is forbidden but I had this dream where I had ( *CENSORED* and by censored it means like I said above I can't mention it.) with a female and I get interviewed by a Chris Hansen looking guy and I avoided almost all the questions and I pleaded guilty in court in the dream, but also in the dream I went rotting in jail.

I know I shouldn't be talking about this but I need your help because I'm getting horrified at this point. I'm scared right now even though I don't do any of this sort in real life.
