Is it normal to feel like this every night?

Everyday i feel as if someone is watching me,It's even worse at night i feel like i see someone standing in the corner of my room. I sit up on my bed and kinda adjust my eyes and its like "it" disappears. This has been happening for a LONG time and i don't know what to do i feel like I'm hallucinating every time i do not do drugs or anything so it cant be from anything of that sort. But i feel crazy does anyone have any ideas to why this happens?!

You may have induced a lucid dream. Do you take a long time to fall asleep, and on this time you keep quiet on your bed?
If so, it may have happened that part of your brain is "asleep" but you are actually conscious, making you have these nightmares while you are actually awake.
However it can be also some kind of paranoia you have developed.
If it is disturbing your sleep, go find some help. Otherwise this is perfectly normal :)

I sometimes feel like there's someone watching me too. Sometimes I see that pile of clothes in my closet and it looks like a person with a cloak just staring at me, so that's how I got the habit of closing all doors around me. You can tell the people around you that you are close to. I told my friend and she told me to just focus on reality, and that helped a lot. She told me that if I know there's no one around me, there's no one around me and there's no reason to worry at all. ;)

Is it a Shadow Person? I've seen them before but only when I have sleep paralysis. I suggest looking up more about them on the Internet.

Better get someone to accompany you when you sleep, eg. father/mother....

It's only shadows I think. But if you really can't be convinced that it's nothing at all then maybe you should change room.
