Absolutely. Ive had an array of symptoms from a cold. Nausea being one. Take some cola syrup.

It depends. The viruses that give you a "cold" are different from each other. You never get sick from the same virus a second time thanks to your immune system. There are billions of viruses that will give you the "symptoms" of an illness known as a cold. That is why there is no cure for the common cold. It isn't as common as one might think. So yes, you can become nauseated from a "cold". Just stay close to the head so you can make the technicolor yawn.
