Is it normal to feel out of place sometimes?

There's times where I'll feel alienated in my life (like I'll never belong here and I belong somewhere else) and I sort of lose connection between my reality and my mind. Sometimes, I'll question "Who am I?" "How did I get here again?" and "What am I doing here?". Is it normal or should I go see someone?

Those are all good questions to ask yourself. But it can never hurt to go see someone. Everyone should ask himself those questions and go see people.

To be is to be perceived. And so to know yourself is only possible through the eyes of the other.
That being said, no psychologist or "professional" can tell you who you are. Look to your family and friends. Find yourself through them :)
