Hot baths make a lot of people feel really dizzy.

When you get very warm, blood vessels close to the surface of your skin dilate. ... If you have elevated blood pressure, then a very long and very warm shower or bath will make your blood pressure drop too much, and may cause you to begin to experience dizziness which then triggers you to feel nauseated

Yeah I get this, don't have your bath so hot, and turn off the room heating when you're having one, that's what triggers mine everytime, and maybe your diet isn't stable enough, sugars, vitamins water etc

Maybe the water is to hot and you might be dehydrated. I know when I take a hot shower I feel sick if I'm dehydrated. Sometimes I take ice water into the bathroom with me. It seems to help ms.

Your body's just slow to accommodate the temperature, very normal. Also, some people feel queasy after being in water, 'floating' isn't something we're that used to, so being in flux can cause some upset stomachs, due to lack of usual gravitational pull.

You could be slightly diabetic and the heat drone the bath raises your blood pressure to high, but I'm not a doctor, best go see one :-)

I get sick to my stomach from really hot baths, & esp. hot tubs...I cant be in them for long. But as far as sugary foods helping, not in my case, so I dont know. I feel better after my body cools down for a few mins.
