You'll get use to it. I am ALWAYS on the computer or ipad or some type of device. When I first started as a kid, yes I would get headaches and feel dizzy but that only lasted for a little while. Now I can spend 24 hours straight on my pc and not even give it a second thought. I don't really take breaks like other ppl mention. I mean i might go to the bathroom or get something to drink every once n a blue moon but even then sometimed my pc is still right n my face LOL. I was a hardcore gaming for a few years so that is prob y I am so use to it. The only time that I feel dizzy or need to take a break if when I am working on a project. Like if I am on photoshop or windows movie maker making a project that is very important to me then I will get dizzy and have a headache. Even if its super fun to me and very interesting I have to force myself to take a break and get something to eat. Time goes by so fast when my brain is so occupied that I would b on the pc for 6 hours and havn't left to go to the bathroon, eat, or even blink 'cuz I am so busy with the project. So that is the only times I get dizzy. Just give it some time and you will be fine.
Sometimes I begin to feel dizzy and I start seeing things all blurry. Remember to take breaks often if you're on the computer for a long time.
You are supposed to take a break of at least 10-15 minutes every hour when using a computer or any electronic screen device. Probably for just reading books too, to relax your eye muscles which are contracting to read up close.
Just close your eyes for a few minutes or go do something else and move around.
Well I am A gamer Not Most Of the Time. But I go On my Skype and Talk to my Friends Alot.
I'd say its normal but this looks like an excuse for casual gamers or non gamers to attack this heavily. I and plenty of other people play games a good portion of the day without problems and that is a fine hobby to spend your time on. It isn't any different than those who spend the same time watching TV all day. Due to the lights and eye coordination though, eye strain may cause headaches so its okay to simply give playing a break if you start to feel bad.
