Ok, here with another one. I woke up this morning and went into my aunts room to steal a few blank CDs. She had her TV on abc 7 news and on it that had a poll to a question that they asked earlier in the news segment. It asked that would you give up your rights to ensure your national security and I was appalled at what the people who actually said; Yes we would give up our rights. What the fudge putting is wrong with that picture! Is that normal!? I can tell you its looking so more and more these days, what do you think?

    We are founded on the consitution we should fight to keep our rights not have the government run our lives like some lazy people who want to live on welfare And expect the government will handle them we need a better outlook on life and remember the American dream If we surrender our rights we will be in socialism. And socialism is next communism. Where no one can get a head make a business for themselves my generation is a bunch of kids who rather listen to cunning words and not demand actions And have things taken care of for them and not have to really work hard or be responsible for anything and have everything handed to them on a silver platter. I'm sorry but I want my rights as an American

    They are kind of stupid. I do not think people auctully understand what this means. Most people have no idea what politics are and are not taught in school. They could be asked "Would you let me kill your mom"? in the right manner and say yes.

    I feel like the more rights we see take the more close to a dictatorship we become and not to mention modern day slaves(witch you see some of today.

    Keep your country safe just sacrifice your rights? Protection is important to people, hell our "rights" can easily be neglected. I mean we have bosses who make us feel like shit, parents who treat their children as if they're below them. Our "rights" are something that can easily be taken away. National Security is something hard to establish so I really don't blame the people on the poll who said they would. Also I agree with Valkeer.

    In the end people will do anything to keep their life.

    They'll part with any philosophy or high minded "right" just so long as they can keep on living.
