Is it normal to finger your bum for poo?

Okay. So ever since I was like 8 or 9 whenever I needed to "go" I always used to get a roll of tissue and I used to put it inside my bum and I used to wriggle it around to get the poo to come out. It was alright but then I got an itchy bum and it used to bleed for like a few minutes and it used to back to normal. But i keep on doing it I can't stop. Is this normal? I'm now 18

    If it making you bleed even alittle it;s not good.

    Try keeping rubber gloves in the bathroom and lube and use your finger - its safer than the paper and the glove will stop you from getting poo under your nails
