Is it normal to forget the beat of a song you were listening to so often

I've noticed this tends to happen with me often, where I'm obsessed with a certain song for a day, but wake up the next day and forget the beat of the song. For example, yesterday I was listening to Primordial Beat ~ Pristine Beat from Touhou 14 a lot, but when I woke up today I entirely forgot the beat of the song. I just wanna know if this happens to anyone else, as it seems to happen whenever I hear a new song and immediately love it.

    I used to listen to Danse Macabre by Ghost a lot, and then it would get stuck in my head.

      I've tried that, but that's one of the things I usually forget.
      It's kinda funny, since the song I listed is heavy on drums with two drum solos, and the character it's a theme for is literally for a drum come to life haha
