Is it normal to gain 22lbs in 3 months?

i have been working out 5 days a week, strict diet plan, eating at least 5 times, was really skinny now at average weight.
i was 5, 9 126 lbs and now i am about 148 lbs, my long goal is 175lbs
i lift weights hard..
jw how long is it normal to gain muscle like that, im taking no Steroids
just plain protein+ critine and lots of normal food.
am i doing good or i need to eat more and work more hard/
