Is it normal to get an extreme physical response to sudden bursts of anger?
I live with two roommates. One of them is kinda crazy, the other is a dear friend but can still drive me crazy sometimes. Today I went out to talk to them and the one I like was obviously in a foul mood, which spread to myself. Then the other one tried to delegate tasks to me which I have no responsibility to take care of (as he so often does, he thinks he owns the place) and it got me really upset. I retreated back into my room but it was too late. My body was already reacting. I get high pulse, extreme stress and anxiety, and have a really hard time calming down. Eventually it goes away as I try to focus on other stuff, and then I feel completely exhausted, like I just came back from a long and tough cardio session at the gym. Does this bodily uncontrollable reaction happen to other people?
