Is it normal to get annoyed by this

I hate when someone says “I’m going to the doctors”. Why can’t you just say “I’m going to the doctor”. I also don’t like when someone says “that was a good read” why can’t you just say “that was a good book” or “I really enjoyed that article”.

    They're not saying "I'm going to the doctors", they're saying "I'm going to the doctor's" with an apostrophe, which is short for "I'm going to the doctor's office".

      Nope not my main complaint at all in life. Far from it. I was just bored and drunk when I made this. There this thing that’s called “pet peeves” everyone has them.

        Do you annoy yourself when you make typos? It annoys me. I mean, I annoy myself, not that your typo(s) annoy me, although they sort of do now that I'm thinking about it.
