Is it normal to get dizzy when under a lot of stress?

Maybe I have a blood pressure problem or forget to breathe? Either way when things get overwhelming I sometimes get dizzy even when I'm sitting down and sitting still. Please let me know if you have any tips.

    It might be normal if it's a panic attack or something near, but I would get a check-up and talk to your doctor. Stress causes hundreds of physical ailments so you might want to take up something like yoga and make sure your blood pressure is at a good level.
