It seems that I get very horny when I smoke meth or cocain. To the point where I would do anything to be with a girl. I'd always end up broke and more often than not blue balls if not with a VD. Thank God I don't live like that anymore.

No it's not blooming normal. The cocaine part is normal but horniness on hard drugs isn't, it's not even typical of men with women who keep their happiness under their hats, except perhaps spit over tongue where there's a parody of how gross it is (does that ring any bells?). And it's normal to party at a friend's house over meth and cocaine throwing one hundred dollar bills if you're a millionaire, wasting your money when Robin Hood comes to your house getting his arse kicked for stealing your money and giving to the poor, then the police come shoving Robin Hood in the police van.
