Is it normal to get nightmares or wake up abruptly sleeping on my back?
I tried to sleep on my back so as to adapt to various sleeping positions. However, this has been giving me problems. In either way, I would get nightmares and wake up abruptly, or I could not move when I was about to wake up. Is that sleep paralysis? I do not encounter all these problems when I sleep sideways. Is there problem with my body?
