Is it normal to get pimples after waxing?

Everytime I wax my peach fuzz on my face (professionally & at home) I get McNeil wherever I waxed and it's there until the hair grows back and then it goes away. It's like a never ending cycle I'm either hair or pimply

    Clean the area first, then after waxing, apply cool aloe vera gel with tea tree oil. After 24hrs, use a cleanser or wipe with salicylic acid as often as it tells you to.
