Is it normal to get so anxious that i’m nauseous?
When I get really anxious or nervous, I start to get really nauseous. My stomach hurts really bad and I feel like I’m going to throw up. Sometimes my stomach growls really loudly and I start burping too. This can happen when I’m even just thinking about something like a test or exam or something embarrassing I did in the past. Is this normal? Should I be concerned?
