Is it normal to get so anxious that i’m nauseous?

When I get really anxious or nervous, I start to get really nauseous. My stomach hurts really bad and I feel like I’m going to throw up. Sometimes my stomach growls really loudly and I start burping too. This can happen when I’m even just thinking about something like a test or exam or something embarrassing I did in the past. Is this normal? Should I be concerned?

    Sweetheart that is a normal thing but it’s still very uncomfortable. We all get anxious every now and then but if it gets to the point it’s affecting how you feel physically I would suggest you take action on it. Maybe take antacids when that’s happening, or I would even suggest telling a trusted person if you’re in that situation.
    It may feel like a burden but trust me, it helps a lot. Best wishes!
