Is it normal to get tingly feet for no reason? (pins and needles)

For the past 5 days Ive been feeling this tingly sensation on my left foot. It's always there, doesnt go away not even when I lie down. When I cross my legs in a 90º degree angle it gets worse.

I dont feel any pain and I can walk just fine but I dont understand where the tingly feeling (pins and needles) is coming from.

I feel it underneath my foot.

Do you guys think it could be back problems from sitting with a bad posture?

Im very worried that I might develop Multiple Sclerosis or ALS =\
