Is it normal to get up for a pee 3 times a night?
I am quite a dehydrated person as I don't drink a lot, yet when I go to bed I'll wake up approximately 3 times a night to pee and it's a mystery as to why! Is this just normal?

You have nocturia (nocturnal polyuria), which basically means excessive urination at night. It's advisable to see a healthcare professional, if possible. Nocturia could be indicative of more serious ailments, such as: bladder infection, diabetes, or even neurological disorders like MS (multiple sclerosis), just to name a few. Seriously. Go see a doctor.
Check the colour if your urine. If it's light yellow that's normal. If it's a dark yellow you are dehydrated. Some things like vitamin b2 will turn you urine yellow so be sure you take any vitamins first thing in the morning.
Limit the amount of fluids you drink a couple of hours before bed. If your mouth feels dry just take a small sip of water swish it around in your mouth before swallowing. Good luck.
One more thing. You didn't mention your age. The older you get the less control you have of your bladder you have. Us older people have a saying. "Never pass a washroom." LOL
it can reduce the quality of your sleep and if your busy all day can make you tired and lose focus easily
If you are excessively urinating at night knowing that you have not had that much to drink prior, this could be a sign of more serious health problems such as diabetes. I'd see your doctor to have this checked out.
its normal but if you dont want to then stop drinking too much an hour or two before bed time
