I go poo, then as I am done wiping and getting ready to pull pants back up, I have the urge to pee and actually end up going a nice long pee. Is something wrong with me?

    On two separate occasions in the past I needed a number 1 and number 2 so bad they both came out at the same time. It hasn't happened since which is kind of disappointing because it felt really satisfying lol.
