Depends where you are. In The United States that would be pretty accurate.

There's a lot of bad people in the middle east too, but I think you can categorize them more as ignorant/primitive more than anything else.
I have to say that western Europeans tend to be the most decent out of all. Too bad they lack the necessary toughness needed in case a war ensued. Not to mention they've been USA's fucktoy ever since the creation of the EU.

Well, Chinese and Indians are the least sanitary people ever to grace the planet, they are rude, vulgar, crass. Excluding the urbanised and educated upper 5%, they have no concept of cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation or even common courtesy. They never follow road rules, manners,. Chinese hark up goblets of phlegm, burp, and spit out bones at the dinner table. Sptting on the street, coughing up a lung in front of others, and picking your nose and examining the excavations are all the national hobby.
The very close second place hobby is pee-ing in the mainroad of even Shanghai and letting your child take a pee or poo outdoors or indoors as it "give a bad wind" if hey have to hold it in to the nearest foulest most Piccaso-esque (if Picasso had a palette of brown-yellow only) toilets hell even vomits in revulsion at.
In India- no one poops indoors- 800 million have no indoor toilet and do as the bears do in the woods- but this time on main roads. Cow sht is everywhere- which means billions of plague-like flocks of huge flies- which everyone knows are, like the mosquito which feeds on cow blood and the common cow mud wallows- the least dangerous insects to mankind hence no polio, diphtheria, cholera, dengue, malaria, TB and even the Middle Ages nightmares- Leprosy and Bubonic Plague are completely in remission and completely not increasing beyond the capacity of their poorly co-ordinates health care systems (plundered by their political Brahmins).

North Western Europe is ok- but England (my home gets worse by the minute. France is nice except for the dogpoop plastered on every footpath and the Parisians which even the non Parisians admit are rude.
Scandinavia, Holland-Germany Switzerland is heaven- everything is clean, functioning, orderly, well thought out and the immigrants are'nt the same dregs as in the UK.

Eastern Europe is nice- a lot has intractable poverty- but the people are very friendly and quite well mannered.

Middle East is quite poor in many counties. But they have excellent food and hospitality- you;ll be dragged to everyone's house and fed until you burst before the offer their own beds to you and the shirts on their back. Saudia Arabia and Qatar, like Dubai are hellish. These places make Afghanistan seem like a probable holiday destination for tolerance.

Israel is horrible and the people are not pleasant.
South East Asia is a mixed bag. Indonesia is the best- but parts of it are very badly crowded and quite dirty. But nowhere as bad as Thailand, Philippines, Laos, Cambodia or Vietnam.

Australia, like America is full of loud, crude, obnoxious people who are thankfully offset by a small portion of lovely educated, worldly, cultured people.

Money doesn't buy good breeding- China and India are perfect examples of little Rajas, Princes and Emperors who make Justin Bieber appear likable in comparison.
People rich and poor, black white whatever can have good manners, good hygiene and good behaviour and equally be the total opposite.

Meh, I highly doubt it's 66% of the population that you hate. Probably more like 5%. Bad is only more prominent because it is more spoken about and the people that practice it are louder.
