Is it normal to hate a church for small reasons?

Ive been Pentecostal all my life. And i have almost everything about it. Mostly the way of life. Girls with long hair with mad split ends, tacky jean skirts/homemade jean skirt made from there old pants, them talking down about other non- pentecostal churches, the loud music in a tiny room, repetitive lyrics in their music, a group of people that cant sing, and a room full of people that cant keep beat. is it normal to hate my church just for those reason but still keep going to it.
