Is it normal to hate and be jealous of your best friend

Whenever my friend does something that I don't I get jealous for example she got Snapchat and she is always on it and whenever I hang out with other friends she sees it on Snapchat and tries to worm her way into hanging out with us.

    Yeh, it's normal for 12-13 year olds to be like that. Try not to be a total bitch if you can help it, but it's pretty normal.
