These people are crazy and many have said they value a dogs life over a child's. They try justify every dog attack......its always someone else s fault, Now I don't just dislike dogs.........I hate them, because of these crazies........are all dog lovers like that or what?

I wish to lock crazy dog lovers in a steel cage with a large rabid dog.

Owners like what you're describing are called "dog freaks," the kind of people who are so disgusting that no other human can stand to be around them so if they have any company at all, it's a freaking dog! They're also the kind of people who allow dogs to sleep on the bed with them and as everyone knows, "sleeping" isn't all they do with their filthy mutts!

    • If it came down to hanging out with a dog or being in the same room with you.

I would hands down pick the dog.

      HANDS DOWN.

No, not all dog lovers are like that.

I have a dog and I hate people like that too.

If any person is at fault for a dog attack, it's the owner - for not properly training the dog.

Not true! Dogs are more a product of breeding than training or how they are raised. For example, pit bull-type dogs are bred to be the perfect fighting dog and while they may not be any more likely to attack than some other dog, when they do attack, those genetic characteristics kick in and someone, or some animal, usually ends up badly injured or dead. True, the owner is still at fault for choosing a large, powerful dog designed to kill, but the type of dog has a lot to do with how badly a person is injured when a fleabag attacks!

I believe that sufficient training can counter the natural tendencies of the breed, but that sort of defeats the purpose.
Dogs are usually purchased and further trained according to the qualities that it's breed are known for.

All those people ripped apart by their sweet, loving well-trained pit bulls thought the same thing.

My dogs are very protective over the family! They would bark whenever a person talks and passes by the house. They're not big but thy're pretty small and since there was nobody who tried to get in the house, the only thing they fought was a racoon in the rain.

  • Why do you concern yourself with how people feel towards their own pets? Its none of your business, and personally I am glad you were attacked for sticking your nose where it didnt belong.

And I value my dog's life over the life of someone else's child.

Are you also glad when dogs randomly attack strangers for no reason whatsoever, like they do to thousands of letter carriers each year?

It's not like the dogs can help their overwhelming cuteness! But yes, it has very serious consequences. One of them being a special type of crazy, which you have unfortunately been the victim of:P

It's a bit silly hating the dogs even more due to the behaviour of humans.
