I hate their literal interpretation of the bible. I hate the fact that they predict the end of the world every 10 years and it never happens. I hate the fact that they control their followers by useing god to frighten rather than inspire. Its a scare tactic IMO. It makes me sick to my stomach and I dont know why but when they get brought up in a convo I immidiatly get pissed off. lol

    i dont see why you feel this way.. the word bigot comes to mind.. my brother is a jehovahs witness and i dont have a problem with that.. :)

    I find that people have fear/hatred of things because that don't have a better understanding, they just really dont know more than what they precieve. I would say actually talk w a witness and see what you are really disliking about them are true or just rumors you hear from other people

      Thats what I thought too. Until I actuly read what the fuss was all about. No im working my way threw the quran. You'ed be suprised at how simler all these religions are.

    Some Christians find them very judgmental. I hate when anyone predicts the end of the world. SINCE IT NEVER HAPPENS! It is not just jw predicting the end though. It is a lot of different people. Some people think aliens will be coming for us.

    First of all, Hate is a very strong word. Secondly, I used to be a Jehovah's Witness, and I understand the frustration you feel towards the religion. They do use fear and manipulation in my opinion to keep people believing. It's quite sad. I actually just feel very sorry for anyone that is a Witness. At the same time, I feel that everyone has the right to believe what they want. All I know is that I would never participate in that religion ever again.

      I'm a Witness. I don't feel fearful or manipulated. You just must have been resisting the whole time, not letting the love of Jehovah develope in your heart. I hope one day you realize what you've done, and might get reconciled with the truth.
