Is it normal to hate my dog even though i love dogs in general

I have 5 dogs the 4 are well behaved but the other one is an absolute nuisance and I hate him. He bites people me included in the bum, it's not a bite per se but like a nibble not enough to cause harm but it's very off putting. He also likes to go into the trash and mess up the bin, he takes clothes off the washing line and bites them. When you're feeding him he does not wait for you to put the the food in his plate he actually starts eating it when you're putting it in the plate I have to be careful he could bite my hand off. I have tried to place the bin where he can't get access to it, extended the washing line to make it higher so he can't reach the clothes but to no avail. It would normal if he was a puppy but he's TWO years old. I recently got 2 puppies and he seems to be teaching them his bad habits. Is it normal to hate this dog and adore the other 4? I'm thinking of giving him away. I can't afford dog training

I can't help but wonder whether or not the time and effort was put into this dog to train it..but it is probably best to re-home it, as the dog can and probably is picking up on how you feel about it, and as such is liable to act up more, and by the sounds of it you don't have it in you to train a dog you hate.
If you do, however, have it in you to try with this dog, try and take it for long walks, make them brisk, tire it out, play with it, BOND with it, earn it's affection, try crating it when you're out to stop it destroying stuff, prepare food away from it and teach it that you own its food and regularly take it away to teach it not to be possessive, try clicker training to reward good behaviour, ignore the bad behaviour (punishments and negative reinforcement don't work).
Whether your hatred for the dog is normal or not, i cannot say, i have 4 dogs in my home, one is my own personal dog, and whilst he has some bad habits, i couldn't and don't hate him.
(also, why get 2 new puppies if you can't handle this dog? Just wondering.)

This. Particularly the last line. It baffles me that having an out of control dog would inspire someone to get more dogs :/

Animals have their own personalities like people. It would be impossible for someone to naturally bond with all of them. This is completely normal.

I had a cat I really didn't like. Somebody gave her to me when she was a kitten, and she was a huge pain because I was unusually allergic to her but she was clingy. A very bad combination. She would literally leap into my arms if I had her favorite bathrobe on. It should have been cute, but she weighed 13 lb and she ruined the robe by sucking the tufts off the sleeve (suckling).
