Is it normal to hate people when??

Ok so I have two dogs and I hate leaving them outside fr a long time I hate everytime I go to school I have to leave them outside

But my neighbors and some friends leave their dogs outside all day and all night. They don't even brig their dogs it when thy go to bed and they make the dogs eat outside and sleep outside

I get really mad and frustrated everytime I see the dogs cuz why even get a pet when you leave it outside all day...so I just get extremely frustated at them is it normal???

With the exception of very small dogs (lapdogs) dogs were bred to live outside. There is nothing wrong with keeping a dog outside all the time. I used to train large dogs -- and still do occaionally -- and dogs that live outside are of a much better temperament than those kept confined indoors. Confinement in a house, or worse, in an apartment, is very frustrating to large dogs and can lead to aggression and other problems.

I rape dogs that are left outside at night.

I let my dog choose. They come in at night, and if they go to the door and wait I let them out, if they come back and wait outside I let them back in. If I open the door and they don't move, then i just close it again. That's the best way, let the dog choose what they like better

I have two dogs (tea cup chihuahua and golden retriever) my golden retriever stays outside while I'm at school and goes outside when he let's me know he wants outside. I live where it gets up to 112 degrees outside sometimes so when 90-100+ outside he stays inside until he wants back out to go to the bathroom. My teacup chihuahua on the other hand is inside almost all day but gets let out to run around and go to the bathroom she is too small to leave outside unattended for too long

Pets are part of the family. They should be inside with YOU, their family. Why do you think a dog barks and whines when he's outside? He wants to be inside with YOU, his family. So yes, completely normal to not like people that keep their pets outside.

icecoldpussy, instead of spending your time making ignorant statements on internet message boards, you should take a look at those English grammar books that it is obvious you have never opened. Even if you tried to train your POS dog, it wouldn't know what you were doing because you probably can't talk any better than you can write. The POS sits by the door because it has a ignorant asshole for an owner!

I wouldn't have a problem with keeping a dog outdoors as long as its not forgotten about. Make sure the dog is safe because there are jerks who will try to steal a dog, either to sell to pet stores, use them as bait dogs for their dog fights, or even use them in voo doo sacrfices.

Make sure they always have access to their basic needs. Food, water, and a shelter either to allow them to escape from a summer sun, or winters chill or if the weather happens to change. There was an owner in another county who kept a Shepherd mix outside 24hours a day everyday through a very hot, dry summer with no food or water or a way for the dog to escape the blazing heat. Not only was the dog starving, dehdrated and overheated but he was also covered in ticks because the
owner "forgot" he was even out there a nearby neighbor had to call the ASPCA to take the dog.

And always check to make sure the dog is atleast ok. Make sure the dog is still actually in your yard, that it hasn't somehow gotten out and started terrorizing the neighborhood. Like the large poodles down the street, they're constantly being kept in the yard but end up loose and they start chasing kids for no reason. But because they're not a "dangerous" breed like a pitbull or a rottweiler people don't take them seriously -_-
So I have no problems with a dog being kept outside as long as its secured, and it has access to food, water and somewhere where they can get some relief from either heat, cold, or from when the weather changes while your away, rain, snow. I can't really keep my dog outside as I live in a 3rd fl apartment with no access to a yard but I'd let her roam outside in a secured yard if I had one after, though I do take her out everyday and take her to the park . But I know I don't like being cooped up inside all day and I'm sure my dog doesn't want to be cooped all day either.

I think dogs like outside better too. But still should bring them in now and then so they have house manners. Mine stays in all night only because she's been attacked by racoons. She's about 50 lbs and lost. (sigh)

Dog are SUPPOSED to live outside! And how your neighbor and friends treat their dogs is none of your business!

yeah, as long as the temperature is right, there's no problem with them being left outside. You should probably do the same.

When you make a comment on a site like this, there are going to be people who disagree with you. If you get that mad over something on a silly site like this, what do you do in a real life situation? Sounds like you could do with some anger management. If your dog just sits by the door, he's not trained, he's a dog whose owner has allowed to become spoiled and dependent and a person who does that does not deserve to own a dog.

i think it should be up to the dog whether they wanna go outside or not. you should leave the door open, so they dont feel too presurised and confined. sorta like an escape route. so long as you take them in at night, or they might escape or get stolen.

    • People like you are the reason so many people hate dogs and dog owners. What a dog does should be up to the owner, NOT the dog. People like you should not be allowed to own dogs because when it comes to raising and training dogs, you don't have a clue.

NO! It should be up to the OWNER when the dog goes in and out. Anybody who lets a dog make the decisions in the house is being led by the dog, not leading the dog like they're supposed to do! People who allow a dog to rule them have no business owning a dog or any other living creature!

  • Ok no.... I have a pug and whenever I put him outside he will just stand by the door forever until I let him in. So u dumbasses that say all dogs are suppose to be outside and they are happy with being outside not all dogs are. Some want to be inside with people like my dog

    • The reason your stupid dog stands at the door is because you haven't trained him. People like you shouldn't be allowed to own dogs because you don't have a clue how to raise or train them.

The reason your damned dog just "stands by the door" is because you haven't trained the POS. People who refuse to train damned dogs should not be allowed to own them!
