Is it normal to hate people who call other people "haters".

I'm not a fan of the Miami heat because I live in Chicago and I'm a bulls fan for life but, I have friends who go on about the heat. I argue with them about how the heat aren't all that. There only response to me is "your a hater, haters gonna hate". Like really? Is that really a valid comeback? I hate hitler and the nazis, does that make me a "hater"? Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. People who call others "haters" are D-BAGS!!

I hate people who say that too its the most annoying thing and if they have a voice like the stereotypical gay guy it makes it 10x worse

Your question interests me, since there are far too many "paranoid" (obnoxious, anger-filled, nasty...you get the picture) sports fans who, if you don't like their teams or make a argument (no matter how logical it is), then you automatically a "hater"...I went to a Bear-Lion game at the Pontiac Silverdome with a Bear jacket on and got a nasty assortment of obscenities and things thrown at me by the home fans, though I never did anything to them...simply because they hated the Bears...as a rule, I detest any team getting a disproportunate (unless the situation calls for it...such as the '72 Dolphins unbeaten team, or for short term periods, such as a team on a winning (or losing) streak. The two teams (for this reason) that I particularly detest for that reason are the Lakers (who seem to garner more than 50% of all the NBA media attention regardless of whether they are good or not), and the Cowboys (who get almost that much, and they have been largely irrelevant to the NFL championship picture for over 15 years)...I don't like the St. Louis Cardinals since they look like a club of whiners, crying about anything they don't like (though that has only been true for about since Whitey Herzog has been managing, especially during the Tony LaRussa years...and any team who seems to have most of the "fair weather" fan variety, like the Denver Broncos...

This hate thing turned into a mindfuck.

My opinion. If "hater" as you refer to can't come up with a proper argument why he hates something you like, then I think in of itself speaks volumes. Just laugh and tell them to fuck off.

Many of us use the word hate far to much, that's also where there is so much hate in this planet. I used to use the word hate all the time, I hate cheese, I hate the color green, I hate cars, it's just used to much. Instead use the word dislike. There is this person I don't like because he's a dick so I dislike him not hate him. People I hate i wouldn't help out of a burning building, people i don't really like so I dislike them I would help out of a burning building, if that makes sense. Just try not to hate things in life, there is already to much hatred. I used to hate many people but I couldn't be bothered to hate anymore, why waste my energy on someone I hate, so I only hate 1 person now the rest I dislike.

Hating people who hate other people, then my friend you are hating yourself.

That's ironic because you are justifying them calling you a "hater" by hating them, I don't like the word myself but I don't hate people because of it!:) you can hate whoever you want to hate I just don't think that it is a valid reason to hate them that's all, all the best good luck :)

I believe that's what he/she's talking about. If someone tells you that you're full of @#&* and you are.... Then you're just using what that person said to be even more full of @#&*.

Not that I think you're full of... Ah you get the point.
