You sound like me. School was so slow paced and boring for me that I had trouble paying attention to constant repetition. Just remember that they have to keep it that way so the kids who ask things like "is Germany a city in England?"(real question from 11th grade history AFTER we learned about WWII)
College picks up the pace a lot better.
I tutor and often wonder how a teacher can spend a week or more teaching something so simple as calculating the area of a rectangle! Then all 30 ten year olds come out of class multiplying length by breadth AND THEN subtracting the length and the breadth off the area. EH?!? I think school spends too long explaining each topic, successfully confusing the kids.
Of course there are the ones who fall asleep or daydream, who don't hear enough to learn anything!
school sucks but its neccacery. I only started to really take it seiriously in year nine. That saved my ass. in year 12.
Because you need a education so you can have a better future? Don't worry, there's space for you under the bridge.
I hated school. I never went- but when I officially dropped out (5 months before graduation; I'm an idiot) I wanted to go back and missed it haha. Maybe school just isn't your thing, believe it or not it's not for everyone. There are other avenues you can take to get an education if you choose to get one. I don't know how old you are but if you truly hate it (few people actually 'like' it) decide what you want to do with your life and pursue it. Don't just be a bum and drop out because it's boring or you cbf.
Danny- Yeah that really happened in a public school in suburban NYC. One of the saddest days in my life.
@Solophonic......Are you serious? :-P That's funny :-) Is Germany a city in England? Lol
