Is it normal to hate this argument by racists?

Yes, I know most people hate racism and the arguments trying to justify it. But for me, no racist argument annoys me more than this racist argument that goes something like this:

"We stopped doing [bad behaviour] centuries ago but they're still doing it in 2015 and therefore they're intrinsically inferior to us."

I find this to be the most idiotic argument that racists use to justify their racism. Is it normal to be especially irritated by this argument?

      For the same reason every civilization is different from each other: Humans are a diverse species, located in various parts of the world with different influences economically, socially, geographically and otherwise.
