Is it normal to have 2 dishwashers in my house?

In my house, we have two dishwashers, as stated above. All of my friends find this odd and disturbing. Is it abnormal to have two dishwashers, because I see nothing wrong with it.

    It's odd that they find this to be disturbing. I think it's rather excessive unless of course, you have so many dirty dishes that having two dishwashers is a must have.
