Is it normal to have a average period cycle of 20 days(every 2 weeks)?
I'm not a kid either. It has been happening for since I was 13. Now I'm 19!

That's almost three weeks, not two. Not sure if that's a typo or not.
It's normal for a "normal" cycle to be less or more than 28 days. It also can be an indication of a problem. It PROBABLY isn't, but we can't say because we aren't doctors.
