Is it normal to have a fear of being chiselled in the teeth?

Occasionally i'll be feeling around my mouth with my tongue and will suddenly think about how horrible it would be if someone got a chisel to them and hammered it in. Then I feel very vulnerable to it and that my lips aren't sufficient defence for such an event, regardless of the extremely insufficient likelihood of an event occurring.

I don't think thats a normal fear unless you had somekind of dental abuse I'm a little bit self concious about my teeth becos I had braces and still wear my retainer at night and I have gone through several teeth whitening regimes but even though I had fillings as a kid I don't even think about that and don't get nervous about the dentist I just don't know what to do with my tongue when they clean my teeth or whatever it feels like its suddenly to big for my mouth.
