Is it normal to have a lump in between my leg and ball sack

There is a lump that sometimes appears between my thigh and scrotum and disappears just as fast. Should I be concerned?

    More than likely it is a hernia (as wistfulmaiden said) and it will require surgery to repair. Oh goodie, goodie, goodie. The good kine drugs.

    If its in the join/crease of your leg and pubic area it could be a swollen lymph node. There is always one on either side that can be felt, others get large when there is an infection or your fighting something. The doc will check it out, most likely totally fine, especially as it comes and goes and isn't always raised.
