Is it normal to have a phobia about cigarettes

is it normal to have an intense phobia of cigarettes, matches and ashtrays? Since childhood I have felt disgust to the point of vomiting at the sight of these things. I have never held a cigarette in my hand and if forced to handle a closed pack, would have to wash my hands red raw before I was happy. I would not eat a wrapped food which had been in a bag with a wrapped cigarette pack. I will not sit near an ashtray, even empty, and I have dreams where I am eating a disgusting soup of water ash, cig ends and matches. I feel sick even typing that. Thank god for the smoking ban in UK, I never thought I would live to see it and my life is much easier since its inception, but I still fear cigarettes and all that goes with them

Your fear is irrational. You can get over it by forcing yourself to eat cigarettes and pound a heavy glass ashtray on your head. Get busy.

Well, a phobia is a phobia.
At least you'll cut the risk of smoking-related illness.

Why would food be wrapped with a cigarettes pack?

I didn't say they were, I meant a loaf of bread in the same shopping bag as a packet of cigarettes, like when a person shops and puts all the things in a shopping bag.
