I have a weird habit where i will look at the time, and do math with them. For instance, say it's 9:48. I will add the 9, 4, and 8 together and then see if i can divide it by 2.

I did it as a kid and it got progressively worse. I can't look at anything without making a connection. For instance, the moment I saw the time you wrote, I instantly knew 9 and 48 were interesting binary numbers (1001 and 110000) because there is little randomness in the... actually, I'm going to stop talking, because I could write ten pages on this.
Long story short, it's nothing to worry about, and you may get a job where you need to spot patterns or show great attention to detail. That's how it worked out for me, anyway.
It could be a mild form of OCD. Nothing to worry about though, if it doesn't seriously interfere with your life.

I gave the same thing except I count everything.
I know hot many buttons are on every remote control/telephone in my house. I even count my steps. But I do that in beats of four so when I get to four I start over.
Just count up the number of odd numbers in the series you're trying to sum. If that number is odd then the resulting sum of the full will be odd and therefore indivisible by two! LOL! (Saves time!). Math is awesome! I do something similar with numbers I see to see if I can combine them with addition or subtraction to make a prime number!
You must really love math. You should major in something where a lot of math is needed. I bet you'd be very successful.
i count random things and try to make it all add up to 25. Its been going on for a year now. lol. So, yeah. Its normal
