I am 35 and have an ant farm. I enjoy going to insect rodeo's and presenting my ant farms. The problem is this scares off people I meet. Is it normal to have an ant farm in your 30's?

    It's normal to me. The lives of insects can very fascinating especially, when you factor in their relationship with plants. Have you ever seen David Attenborough's specials? I don't understand why this would scare people?

    There are a few girls into insects and ant farms. I have met a few at various insect rodeo's.
