Is it normal to have an inferiority complex?

Is this common? I have a strong case of this and was curious if people deal with this often.

Low self esteem is very common and a result of being criticized during upbringing. Normal? Yes. Healthy? No. Therapy can help raise your self awareness and feeling of self worth.

Can’t say I find it normal.

My opinion of myself didn’t get higher over time, instead opinion of others lowered.
