Is it normal to have an inside joke that has ruined our mental lives?
Is it normal if me and my friends have inside joke about a sumo wrestler that does a myriad of things: From drinking excessive amounts of water at night to farting on Hitler. It (Sometimes female, sometimes male) is older than the universe and successfully built drawers that are more spacious than the universe, yet somehow are in the universe.
It also causes us to break into what we call "Natas attacks", where we do things and say things a mentally sane person wouldn't. Apparently these attacks are caused by the sumo wrestler taking control of our bodies, but the details are unclear.
The sumo wrestler has built a huge railway from Ukraine to Mongolia, but hid it so noone could find it. It also likes to ride a unicycle and scream obsenities at passerby's. Oddly enough this sumo wrestler has become a head of state. The country known only as "Urvandia" has come up over the years of the inside joke. It is rumored to either have 1 citizen, or 3 billion. We do not know. It is also hidden from people.
This character, known as "Urve" has destroyed our mental sanity. Even when not talking to each other, we may accidentaly say it's name or break out into a small "Natas attack".
So is it normal for a group of friends to have an inside joke like this?
