Is it normal to have audio only dreams?

I once had a dream where I knew I was asleep and my eyes were shut. but I kept hearing a woman talking on the radio, a melodic guitar and construction works outside. All I heard works was fake....
Most of the time when I'm tired and almost fall asleep I would here people shouting incomprehensible words out of nowhere...

    Happens all the time, completely normal. Even more normal if you're schizophrenic.

    Same here. In fact, I hear them when I'm wide awake as well. The voices. Always telling you to do things against your better judgment. That's normal, right? Yeah. We're normal.
